The Cornell Dairy Foods Extension Program offers a variety of short courses which may be taken as part of our certificate program or as a stand-alone program. 

Additionally, we recommend the Good Manufacturing Practices internet-based short course administered by the Dyson School of Applied Economics at Cornell University.
