Our program offers training to dairy foods processors — large or small — in topic areas including dairy science, food safety systems, pasteurization and processing courses.

We also offer a selection of specialty courses in both food safety topics and advanced level hands-on training programs.

Dairy Foods Extension provides mandated federal training as well as partnering with the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets to deliver state-specific trainings, meetings and updates.

If you or your employees speak Spanish as a primary language, we now have three great workshops that are sure to meet your needs. These online workshops are 100% self-paced with options for participants to ask questions of instructors as they work through the program.
