The Cornell University Dairy Foods Extension Program has assisted over 750 dairy producers to obtain training in current dairy processing, providing the latest dairy research and technological advances to ensure the long term sustainability of the dairy industry in New York State.
Programs include both mandated regulatory training and a Certificate Program. This program provides training for dairy food industry professionals to better prepare them to produce safe, quality dairy products. Candidates can enroll in the program, attend the outlined courses and earn a Cornell Dairy Foods Certificate with a specialization in one of four areas.
