Food Safety Plan Development Workshop, Aug 21-22, 2017

Prerequisites:

  • PCQI certification is a pre-requisite for enrollment.
  • Completion of the on-line portion of the course is required to participate in the in-person portion.
  • The form "Plant at a Glance" must be completed prior to the in-person portion of the class. [Form will be sent after course registration is complete.]
  • Attendees must bring one plan to develop. Multiple products may be grouped under a single plan, please work with the course instructor if you need assistance determining if products should be grouped or split.
  • Attendees interested in developing a HACCP plan may attend, and focus primarily on process preventive controls. The differences between HACCP and a PC Food Safety Plan will be highlighted.
  • Attendees who wish to work on digital versions of their plans are encouraged to bring their own laptops. 



Deadline: Registrations & Payments must be received by Friday August 11, 2017. The course is limited to the first 15 registrants. 

Confirmation: Upon receipt of registration, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your registration form has been received and a payment link for credit card payment. Once you receive the payment link, fill out all required information and click “submit.”  You should receive a receipt of payment by e-mail within minutes. Once payment is received, confirmation of attendance will be sent by Cornell Staff via e-mail. Attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Your confirmation of attendance will include instructions on how to access the online portion of the course via Blackboard. Please follow those instructions carefully. Instructions will not be sent until payment is received ; unpaid spots will be released to others.

Cancelation Policy: No refunds can be given if not canceled by COB on Friday, August 11, 2017. Substitute registrations will be accepted.
