Food Safety Modernization Act Seminar, East Aurora, NY, July 14, 2017

Deadline: Registrations must be received by June 30, 2017. The course is limited to the first 60 registrants. 

The Course will be held July 14, 2017 from 9am-1pm at The Oakwood Event Center, Hampton Inn- East Aurora, 49 Olean Street, East Aurora, NY 14052  

There is a $10 charge for this seminar.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of registration, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your registration form has been received and a payment link for credit card payment. Once you receive the payment link, fill out all required information and click “submit.”  You should receive a receipt of payment by e-mail within minutes. Once payment is received, confirmation of attendance will be sent by Cornell Staff via e-mail. Attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received; unpaid spots will be released to others.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds can be given if not canceled by COB on June 30,  2017. Substitute registrations will be accepted.
